the format
Show the thing. Skip the deck.
Four local builders. Ten minutes to present, plus five for questions and feedback. Agents, local models, hardware hacks, weird experiments, and side projects that got out of hand. See what works, ask how they made it, then stick around and compare notes.
Demos, not pitches
Show us what you made and how it works. A scrappy prototype is just as welcome as a shipped product. Save the sales pitch.
Builders in the room
Developers, designers, researchers, founders, students. Whether you shipped an app or just ran your first local model, you have a place here.
Time to actually talk
Forty minutes to meet the people behind the projects. Ask the follow-up question, trade a useful trick, or find your next collaborator.
